 How do I know when an event occurs? Receiving the information is easy, you can use the ReportChronicle to constantly monitor events on your PC and then report on screen, print or email, there's also a novel animated character that will ensure that nothing goes unnoticed. Alternatively the IcanCiT server can push events via mail, print or the Internet on a regular basis. You can choose to view events in the last hour, day or 7 days for yourself or as a manager, so you'll always know what's going on. Once you've viewed the event you can close it and optionally annotate the action you took for future reference. How could I use it? A customer is on hold after exceeding their credit limit and an order is processed. If this happens you are in a position to physically go down to the warehouse and stop the order leaving, without this information, the order would leave and when you received your order report it would be too late to do anything about it! |
